Bio:

Joburg, as I’m sure you’ll all agree is a fast pace city – hectic to say the least. Working in the CBD can sometimes take it’s toll on you both physically and mentally. Capoeira is an outlet / a channel whereby I can escape, and express myself. Most practitioners will tell you this. There’s a whole lot more to it, far too many to elaborate, but I’ll say this – without this passion, I’d be lost.

Short term plans – to keep CDO and CDC at the helm / forefront of Capoeira in SA.

Long term – to make it accessible to anybody willing to learn…

Capoeira has a place in our country fulfilling it’s role of Axé, Ubuntu, love and peace.
