How did you get into Capoeira?

I was looking for a new martial art. George (Africa) and Michelle (Gigante) had spoken about it, so I started. After a few classes with Bamboo, I began to see the bigger picture… And the rest, as they say, is like a box of chocolates (or something)

Capoeira is now my lifestyle. It has opened me up as a person and introduced me to a lot of quality people. It is a stress reliever as well as an awesome way of keeping fit!
