Always been interested in capoeira got into it by seeing an email advising that capoeira classes where on offer at bank city..went to a few lessons and was hooked.

How has Capoeira had an impact on your lifestyle?

Capoeira has improved my flexibility,strength and control of my mind and body. I Have also met new people from different background who also have an interest in capoeira.
